It is Sunday morning and I am up very early as usual. While I wait for Mark to wake so we can go to church, I decided to step into my studio. I am standing here witnessing an explosion of creativity on my work table! On here are some antique silver plate spoons, an array of pieces from B'Sue Boutiques and wire ready for a creative week ahead. I also see a couple antique belt buckles, some scrumptious yarn and my favorite Christmas gift - a box set of Weldon's Practical Needlework. It is volumes 1-6 which began publication of mini workbooks of crewel, embroidery, knit and crochet techniques and projects in 1888. On this table is also a book about jewelry making originally published in 1918, an amazing Victorian postcard holder and a few bits of antique jewelry waiting to be photographed for VintageCravens.com. Time to refresh and renew again!
